  • Aislinn McKeown, M.S., OTR/L

    Occupational Therapist

    Aislinn is a holistic Occupational Therapist with a passion for supporting preschoolers access their school and community environments in a way that is meaningful and fun for them. Since graduating with her Master’s in Occupational Therapy in 2016, Aislinn has worked in a variety of pediatric settings, including schools, homes, and outpatient clinics learning how to best support preschoolers and their families achieve their goals. Her favorite part about her job is getting creative to find the best approach to support any child engage in any activity. Her areas of specialty include sensory supports, fine motor skills, and self-help skills. In her free time, you will find Aislinn traveling, exploring San Diego, and enjoying time with her family.

  • Alondra Aleman

    Assistant Teacher

    Alondra is an aspiring bilingual speech language pathologist who just recently graduated with her undergraduate degree from San Diego State University. She has a passion for helping people and providing the best way they can be supported. Alondra is on her journey applying to graduate school for speech therapy. She has shadowed SLPs in the past as well as completed an SLP internship which helped develop her passion for helping children with all different communication needs. During her free time, Alondra enjoys trying places to eat with friends and family and also traveling around Mexico.

  • Amy Kilby, MA, CCC-SLP

    Speech Language Pathologist

    Amy received her Masters Degree in Communicative Disorders and Sciences from San Jose State University in 2015. She has worked with early intervention, preschool, and school-aged children in both public school and clinical settings. She has experience working with children with a wide range of disabilities, and has specialized in developing Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems. Amy prioritizes client and family connection, promotes neurodiversity-affirming practices, and uses each child’s strengths and areas of interests and primary drivers of therapy. Amy is passionate about helping children and their families thrive in all environments, and helping caregivers become confident advocates for their children. Amy is a certified member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association and a California licensed SLP. Outside the office, Amy enjoys delicious coffee, being outside, hiking, and beach walks with her dog.

  • Anna Chiles

    Founder & Director

    Anna Chiles is a former middle and high school Humanities teacher with a decade of experience in fully-inclusive San Diego classrooms. She holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership. Most importantly, she is the very proud mother of Theo, a two-year-old with Down syndrome. Theo is the inspiration behind this project.

  • Catie Griffith

    Preschool Director

    Catie is an experienced Educational Leader with a deep commitment to fostering inclusion within diverse learning environments. She earned her BS/M.Ed in Special Education from The University of Maryland in 2009, equipping her with a strong foundation to advocate for and support students with varied needs. With over two decades of experience in the education field, Catie has held numerous roles, including teacher, educational liaison, principal, dean, and special education team chair. Her career began in early childhood education and she has since dedicated herself to working with students and families across all age groups—from early intervention to adult education—in public, charter, and private settings. Catie’s leadership philosophy centers on effective communication, collaboration, and a strengths-based approach, enabling her to empower educators and students alike. Outside of her work, Catie enjoys baking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and children.

  • Gaby Ritter, MT-BC

    Preschool Program Teacher & Music Therapist

    Gaby received her Bachelor of Arts degree at Montclair State University, majoring in Music Therapy with a minor in Psychology. After finishing her undergraduate coursework in New Jersey, Gaby moved to San Diego for a prestigious music therapy internship before beginning work as a full time Music Therapist for children and adults across San Diego County. Her experience working at an inclusive preschool in addition to spending several years as a summer camp counselor has only fueled her passion for working with kiddos of all backgrounds. While Gaby has experience working with individuals and groups of diverse diagnoses and ages throughout San Diego, she has a special place in her heart for those in early childhood. Gaby can’t wait to start working with you and your family!

  • Hailey Hofstee

    Program Administrator

    Hailey is an education specialist with 5 years of experience in special education preschool classrooms. She is passionate about expanding access to excellent, inclusive early childhood education and learning to ALL children and families and being a partner to families as we all navigate the ups and downs of parenting together. She is certified in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) and Capistrano Autism Training (CAT) providing behavioral support and strategies for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is a mom of two littles who enjoys quality family time exploring all of the amazing parks that San Diego has to offer.

  • Kelly Penny, MA, CCC-SLP

    Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist

    Kelly is a strengths-based, family centered SLP with over 10 years experience working with children. She is a certified DIR Floortime provider who values the importance in seeing, understanding, and treating the “whole child”. Kelly speaks Spanish and has spent several years working collaboratively with SLPs, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapists in Ecuador. She loves to support multilingual families and believes that all children have the capacity to become bilingual.

  • Lauren Tasse, CCC- SLP

    Speech Language Pathologist

    Lauren is a pediatric speech-language pathologist with a background in child development and psychology. She previously worked as an early childhood educator with a background in the Reggio Emilia philosophy and play-based learning. Since completing her Master’s, Lauren has worked in both clinical and school-based settings treating a variety of diagnoses from birth- 18, but has always had a passion for early intervention. Lauren strives to provide child-led, family-centered therapy that focuses on the strengths of the child.

  • Mary Chiles

    Communications & Fundraising

    Mary is an experienced project manager and administrator with a passion for design and equity. She is proud auntie to Theo, who has Down Syndrome, and is thrilled to be contributing to Includ(Ed)’s mission.

  • Niña Caballero

    Director of Education and Family Support

    Niña Caballero, MST is a Filipino-American Early Childhood Specialist. She holds a dual master's degree in Early Childhood/ Early Childhood Special Education from Fordham University and has been supporting children and families for 20 years. She believes that the positive relationships children make in the first five years set the foundation for their cognitive, social-emotional, and physical well-being for the rest of their lives. She is an advocate for children and a leader in cultivating these relationships. Her work has been recognized by the American Academy of Pediatrics for excellence of service to families and children. As an educator and mama, she believes in the mission of Includ(ED) and is so happy to join the team!

  • Ruby Lynn, MA

    Preschool Program Teacher

    Ruby is a passionate educator dedicated to creating safe, inclusive spaces where young learners thrive. Originally from San Diego—where she feels most at home by the beach—Ruby spent the past few years on the East Coast, earning her master’s degree in special education from Columbia University and working as a lead teacher. She taught in two Pre-K settings, supporting students with diverse learning needs and nurturing their growth with compassion and creativity! Ruby is thrilled to bring her skills and experiences—including a brief stint teaching middle school—to the Includ(ed) community!

  • Samantha Belanger

    Since graduating with her masters from the University of New England, Sam has been worked in outpatient pediatric neurological clinics, schools, hospitals, and rehabilitation settings around the country. Sam’s favorite part of being an occupational therapist is celebrating each person's individuality and incorporating their passions into therapy, all while helping them develop and learn new skills. She especially finds joy in working alongside families and caregivers to create an empowering environment for their child's growth and seeing the development happen before our eyes! In her free time, Sam enjoys spending time in the water, reading at the beach, starting a new creative hobby, or listening to live music! She is so excited to join the incredible Includ(ED) team and help foster the beautiful community we are creating.

  • Sarah Isdaner, PT, DPT

    Physical Therapist

    A PT since 2016, Sarah’s favorite part of the job is getting to know the families she works with and watching them grow and thrive. Sarah has broad professional experience including early intervention, general pediatrics, school-based services, neuro, and orthopedics. Originally from the Seattle area, she moved to San Diego for college and stayed for the sunshine. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from San Diego State University and her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Point Loma Nazarene University. Sarah has also been a yoga teacher since 2011 and is passionate about the healing power of movement.

    Outside of work you can find her spending time with her husband, two little kids, and yellow lab named Lulu.

  • Sarah Moskowitz

    Occupational Therapist

    Sarah is a compassionate and dedicated occupational therapist whose main goal is to support children and their families live life to their fullest and allow kids to reach their full potential. She graduated with her doctorate in 2022 from Northern Arizona University and since then has cultivated a holistic approach to therapy to focus not only on the physical aspects but also on the sensory, emotional, and environmental factors influencing a child’s developmental journey. Sarah specializes in feeding therapy and sensory integration techniques, and has been able to practice in outpatient, home and preschool settings. Sarah finds joy working one-on-one with the kiddos in a variety of environments but also with the caregivers.

    In her free time, you can find Sarah walking her puppy, paddle boarding, and spending time in the sunshine with her friends.

    Dave Andrews is a Principal with ACRE Investment Real Estate Servies where he specializes in marketing, sale and research of multifamily properties throughout San Diego County. Mr. Andrews has represented over $1 Billion in real estate transactions and has originated over $500 Million in multifamily mortgages. He is committed to driving the Includ(Ed) mission forward, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive. Dave currently lives in North Pacific Beach with his wife and two children.Description goes here

  • James Arnold

    Description James Arnold, Jr. is a seasoned Managing Counsel at W.L. Gore and Associates, Inc, GORE-TEX Fabrics Division. With a background in law, business, and as a military auxiliary volunteer, he utilizes his expertise to advise on legal strategies for consumer, safety, and defense markets. Previously, he held leadership roles at BASF Enzymes, LLC, and Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., gaining expertise in Intellectual Property, transactions, litigation, compliance, governance, government contracts, regulations, and M&A. James offers valuable insights and collaboration opportunities to drive business success. James is a proud father to Stella, who has Down syndrome.

    Kenny is an experienced realtor for Coldwell Banker. With 20+ years in the business, Kenny has a vast network of professional connections across the county.

    Kenny is passionate about advocacy, visibility, and DEI work. They live in normal heights, long time realtor in Coldwell Banker West and regularly mentor younger agents.

  • Marissa Thompson

    Marissa Thompson is a credentialed school psychologist (MA/Ed.S), statewide charter SELPA program specialist, and CAPTAIN cadre member with experience as a site- based school administrator.

  • Nancy Palmer

    Nancy Palmer is a credentialed ECSE Infant-Toddler Teacher with 17 years experience. She currently works in the Infant-Toddler program at SDUSD. Her practice is informed by her experience growing up as the sibling of brother with TUBB2A. She is the mother of 2 SDUSD students.

  • Nick McAdams

    Nick McAdams is from the D.C.-area and now lives in north county San Diego. He has background in strategy consulting and general business management in industrial distribution and consumer goods. Nick believes in the mission of Include(Ed) and believes that education should be accessible for anyone in the community.
