Founder & Director
Mother of two sons, including one with Down syndrome. Nearly a decade of teaching experience and a Master's in Educational Leadership. Founded Includ(Ed) to create the inclusive early-education community her family was looking for.

Preschool Director
M.EdBS / M.Ed in Special Education from the University of Maryland (2009). Over two decades in education across multiple roles. Philosophy centers on effective communication, collaboration, and a strengths-based approach.

Clinical Coordinator & Occupational Therapist
MS, OTR/LHolistic OT specializing in sensory supports, fine motor skills, and self-help skills. Master's in Occupational Therapy (2016). Passionate about supporting preschoolers in accessing their school and community environments in a way that is meaningful and fun for them.

Licensed clinicians who deliver speech, occupational, physical, and music therapy in the classroom.

Speech Language Pathologist
MA, CCC-SLPMaster's from San Jose State University (2015). Specializes in AAC systems. Prioritizes client and family connection and promotes neurodiversity-affirming practices.

Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist
MA, CCC-SLPOver 10 years of experience with children. Certified DIR Floortime provider. Spanish-speaking with international collaboration experience in Ecuador.

Speech Language Pathologist
MA, CCC-SLPBackground in child development, psychology, and Reggio Emilia philosophy. Experience from birth to 18 in clinical and school-based settings. Passion for early intervention.

Speech Language Pathologist
M.S. CFY-SLPSan Diego native. Master's in Medical Speech Pathology from the University of Washington. Passionate about fostering inclusive, affirming environments where children and families feel respected.

Occupational Therapist
MS, OTR/LUCSD alumnus with a Master's from Salus University. Experience across home, clinic, and community settings. Focuses on fine motor skills, self-help abilities, and sensory experiences.

Occupational Therapist
MS, OTR/LMaster's from the University of New England. Experience in pediatric neurological clinics, schools, hospitals, and rehabilitation across the country. Celebrates each person's individuality.

Occupational Therapist
OTD, OTR/LDoctorate from Northern Arizona University (2022). Specializes in feeding therapy and sensory integration. Cultivated a holistic approach to therapy.

Physical Therapist
PT, DPTPT since 2016. Doctorate from San Diego State University, Bachelor's from Point Loma Nazarene University. Yoga teacher since 2011. Experience in early intervention and school-based services.

Music Therapist
MT-BCSix years of music-therapy experience across schools, nursing facilities, group homes, and nonprofits. Primarily a vocalist; incorporates guitar, piano, and percussion. Currently pursuing a Master's in Psychology and recently relocated to San Diego.
Education team
Teachers and assistants who run our infant, toddler, and pre-K classrooms.

Early Childhood Education Specialist
MASan Diego native. Master's in Special Education from Columbia University. Previously taught in two Pre-K settings on the East Coast supporting diverse learners.

Infant Teacher
Current graduate student at Point Loma Nazarene University pursuing a special education credential. Background in early childhood education. Passionate about inclusive educational environments.

Assistant Teacher (Infant Room)
UC San Diego student pursuing a double major in Linguistics and Literary Arts. Aspires to become an SLP and ASL interpreter. Started with Includ(Ed) as a volunteer.

Assistant Teacher
Recent San Diego State University graduate aspiring to become a bilingual speech-language pathologist. Completed an SLP internship.

Assistant Teacher
UC San Diego student pursuing a Linguistics and Education degree for a bilingual SLP career. Experience shadowing SLPs with ages preschool to high school.

Toddler Room Teacher & Music Therapist
MT-BCBachelor's in Music Therapy with Psychology minor from Montclair State University. Experience in inclusive preschool settings and summer camp work.

Education specialist with 5 years in special education preschool. Certified in Crisis Prevention Intervention and Capistrano Autism Training. Mother of two.

Principal with ACRE Investment Real Estate Services specializing in multifamily properties. Has represented over $1 billion in real estate transactions. Lives in North Pacific Beach with his wife and two children.

BOARD MEMBER
Managing Counsel at W.L. Gore and Associates, GORE-TEX Fabrics Division. Background in law, business, and military auxiliary volunteer work. Proud father to a daughter with Down syndrome.

BOARD MEMBER (they/them)
Experienced realtor with Coldwell Banker (20+ years). Passionate about advocacy, visibility, and DEI work. Lives in Normal Heights.

BOARD MEMBER
Credentialed school psychologist (MA / Ed.S). Statewide charter SELPA program specialist and CAPTAIN cadre member with site-based administrator experience.

BOARD MEMBER
Credentialed ECSE Infant-Toddler Teacher with 17 years of experience. Currently works in the Infant-Toddler program at SDUSD. Grew up as a sibling of a brother with TUBB2A.

BOARD MEMBER
From the D.C. area, now living in north county San Diego. Background in strategy consulting and general business management. Believes education should be accessible for anyone.
