The Role: Alongside the rest of the field therapy team, this Physical Therapist would see approximately 22-25 infants and toddlers in the home to provide therapy (driving time paid, mileage reimbursed). Additionally, they would co-teach our weekly parent-and-me developmental playgroups.
Responsibilities:
Deliver small group and direct services to children with diverse physical abilities, focusing on motor skills development, mobility, and overall physical well-being.
Conduct home visits to provide physical therapy services to children in the comfort of their own homes.
Assess each child's needs and develop individualized treatment plans to address their specific physical challenges.
Co-create and facilitate transdisciplinary early intervention-focused curriculum with a team of other therapists and teachers for 1 weekly session
Implement therapeutic exercises, techniques, and interventions to improve children's gross motor skills, coordination, balance, and mobility.
Document and maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and any related administrative tasks.
Collaborate with other professionals on care team to collaborate on treatment approach for each child.

Requirements:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Valid California licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist.
Experience working with young children, preferably in an educational or early intervention setting.
Strong understanding of child development and the impact of physical challenges on overall well-being.
Ability to work effectively as part of a transdisciplinary team, collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other professionals.

Working Hours:

The Role:
We are seeking a warm, reflective, and collaborative Fully Qualified Childcare Teacher to join our infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. This role will work in close partnership with the classroom’s Education Specialist to plan, implement, and adapt inclusive curriculum and routines that support the developmental and learning needs of all children. The ideal candidate is a creative and caring early educator with a background in child development and a strong commitment to inclusive practices.
Responsibilities:
Co-lead an infant, toddler, or Pre-K classroom with up to 12 children, including children with disabilities
Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and team members
Help implement and adapt daily routines, play-based learning experiences, and individualized supports
Observe and document children’s play, development, and social-emotional growth
Collaborate with the Education Specialist to reflect on classroom practices and co-plan responsive learning experiences

OR
One of the following Child Development Permits issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing: Child Development Associate Teacher Permit; Child Development Teacher Permit; Child Development Master Teacher Permit.

The Role:
The Assistant Teacher supports the daily care, supervision, and learning experiences of children across Includ(Ed)’s Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms. This role may be assigned to a specific age group or serve as a float, providing flexible coverage across rooms as needed.

Responsibilities:
Child Care & Classroom Support
Assist with the direct care and supervision of children in infant, toddler, and/or preschool classrooms

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to lead our inclusive TK/Kindergarten classroom. This educator will be responsible for designing and implementing a developmentally appropriate, standards-aligned program that reflects the California Kindergarten curriculum and California Department of Education standards, while ensuring full access for students with diverse learning needs.
The teacher will create a literacy-rich and language-rich classroom environment and deliver instruction aligned with the California Common Core State Standards for Kindergarten in English Language Arts and Mathematics, as well as the California Kindergarten standards in Science, History–Social Science, Visual and Performing Arts, Physical Education, and Health. Instruction should integrate play-based, inquiry-driven, and multisensory learning approaches appropriate for young children.
