About the role
Assistant Teachers support daily care and supervision across our infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms — helping with caregiving routines, maintaining safe and nurturing environments, and collaborating closely with lead teachers and therapists.
Responsibilities
- Support daily caregiving routines and supervision of children
- Help maintain safe, clean, and engaging classroom environments
- Collaborate with lead teachers and the therapy team
- Support inclusive learning experiences for children of all abilities
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 12 core ECE units, including 3 units related to infant care
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare setting
- DOJ/FBI/CA (Livescan) fingerprint clearance
- Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
