Physical Therapy
Our licensed physical therapists help children develop gross motor skills, mobility, and physical function—right on the playground and in the classroom.
What We Address
Our physical therapists help children build the physical foundation they need to explore, play, and participate fully in their world.
Gross Motor Skills
Walking, running, jumping, climbing, and other whole-body movements that children need for play and daily life.
Balance & Coordination
Steadiness, body awareness, and the ability to coordinate movements smoothly and efficiently.
Developmental Milestones
Rolling, sitting, crawling, standing, and walking for infants and toddlers working toward key milestones.
Mobility & Function
Getting around independently, whether walking, using mobility devices, or navigating different environments.
Playground Skills
Climbing, swinging, sliding, and navigating playground equipment safely and confidently.
Strength & Endurance
Building the physical stamina children need to keep up with peers throughout the day.
PT on the Playground
Traditional physical therapy happens in a gym with clinical equipment. Our embedded model brings PT to the playground, the classroom, and the outdoor spaces where children actually need these skills.
A physical therapist might work alongside a child during outdoor play time, helping them navigate the climbing structure or practice jumping off the last step. During circle time, they might support a child in maintaining seated balance. During transitions, they help children walk safely between activities.
Real playground equipment. Real classroom challenges. Real skill development.

Outdoor Play Time
Climbing, running, jumping, swinging—PT embedded in the activities children love, building skills while having fun with peers.

Movement Activities
Dance, yoga, obstacle courses—structured movement activities that build strength, balance, and coordination.

Classroom Mobility
Getting in and out of chairs, moving between activities, navigating the classroom environment safely and independently.

Transitions
Walking between spaces, managing stairs, building the endurance needed to get through a full day.
Service Rates
We also accept San Diego Regional Center.
