This website provides information about our school, therapy services, and foundation, and lets you contact us, subscribe to updates, donate, and (where applicable) access a family or staff portal. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the site, its security, or its servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.
• Submit false, misleading, or another person's information without permission.
• Upload anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing on others' rights.
• Submit protected health information or other sensitive clinical details through our forms or chat.

Some areas of the site require an account, managed through our authentication provider, Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. Donations made through this site are processed by our third-party platform, Givebutter, and are subject to its terms. Donations to Includ(Ed), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; we do not provide tax advice, so please consult your advisor. Refund requests for donations are handled in accordance with applicable law and Givebutter's policies — contact us if you believe a donation was made in error.

Submitting a form on this website — for a tour, enrollment interest, therapy inquiry, volunteer interest, or event RSVP — is a request, not a binding agreement or a guarantee of placement, services, or availability. Enrollment and services are subject to separate agreements, eligibility, and capacity.

The content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to Includ(Ed) and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

The site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as Givebutter, social media, and analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
