Infant & Toddler Physical Therapist (Field Team)

About the role
As a member of our field team, you'll provide physical therapy to approximately 22–25 infants and toddlers in their homes, and co-teach weekly developmental playgroups. You'll work as part of a transdisciplinary team supporting young children and their families in natural, everyday environments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy services to infants and toddlers during home visits
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Document progress and maintain timely, accurate records
- Co-teach weekly developmental playgroups
- Collaborate with families and the transdisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy and current California PT licensure
- Experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Hours
Approximately 35–39 hours per week: 30–32 hours of home visits plus 5–7 hours of administrative time.
