TK/Kindergarten Inclusion Specialist and Lead Teacher
About the role
Lead our inclusive TK/Kindergarten classroom, implementing a standards-aligned curriculum with a focus on literacy and language development. You'll design differentiated instruction using Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles, collaborate with our therapy team, and cultivate an inclusive classroom culture where every child belongs.
Responsibilities
- Lead a standards-aligned TK/Kindergarten curriculum with an emphasis on early literacy and language
- Design differentiated instruction using UDL principles
- Collaborate with the therapy team to embed supports in the classroom
- Build and maintain an inclusive classroom culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field plus a valid Special Education teaching credential, OR a Master's degree
- Experience with early literacy instruction and inclusive classrooms preferred
