Our Approach

The Magic of the Toddler Years

Toddlers are natural explorers. Our program channels this curiosity into meaningful learning experiences while providing the support each child needs to thrive.

Language Explosion

Embedded speech therapy supports the communication boom of the toddler years, supporting with all modalities of expression.

Fine Motor Skills

OT-supported activities help toddlers develop the hand skills they need for art, eating, and play.

Social Development

Learning alongside peers—with and without disabilities—builds natural social skills and empathy.

Gross Motor Play

PT-supported outdoor time helps toddlers run, climb, and build physical confidence.

Creative Expression

Art, music, and sensory play let toddlers express themselves and explore their world.

Emotional Regulation

We help toddlers learn to identify and manage big feelings in age-appropriate ways.

The Power of Peer Modeling

We believe children learn best together. When children with and without disabilities share a classroom, everyone benefits. Children build friendships, discover new ways to communicate, celebrate one another's strengths, and learn that there is no one "right" way to move through the world.

Some of the most important learning happens in the smallest moments. A child watches a friend zip a jacket. Another learns a new game at recess. Someone comforts a classmate who is having a hard day. A child discovers a new way to communicate by watching a friend use an AAC device. These moments aren't planned. They happen naturally when children grow up together.

Research shows that children with disabilities make greater developmental gains when they learn alongside their peers. We also know that typically developing children develop empathy, flexibility, confidence, and a deep appreciation for differences. But those outcomes aren't the reason we choose inclusion. We choose inclusion because every child deserves to belong. At Includ(Ed), every child is both a learner and a teacher.
